On average, EACH MedStar field ambulance clinician assesses and treats 1,164 patients per year, 6.65 patients per 12-hour shift worked, or looking at it another way, one patient every 1.7 hours on duty!
On average, EACH MedStar Mobile Integrated Healthcare/Community Paramedicine (MIH/CP) clinician assesses and treats 1,587 patients per year, 7.9 patients per 12-hour shift worked, or looking at it another way, one patient every 1.3 hours on duty!
That’s A LOT of PATIENT CARE experience!!
