A ‘Unit Hour’ is one hour of a staffed ambulance on-duty, available for response.
MedStar crews were committed on a response for 16,384 hours in January 2024.
16,384 hours on calls with 27,337 staffed unit hours means MedStar crews were on a call 59.9% of the time they were on-duty!
